Abstract:
Anil, who owns a boutique and a distribution firm, started his own brand of
women's wear. While his earlier businesses of the local boutique and the
distribution for other renowned brands were doing well, his own brand could
not find customers in the market. He hires a consultant and gives him a clear
description of his businesses. The case study tries to extract the research
process – the consultant would take up – from the students through brainstorming
and classroom discussion.
